Grey Matter Learning are offering a 5-module course for aspiring leaders in Oxfordshire with costs covered by Skills for Care’s Workforce Development Fund.

Who is this opportunity for ?
This programme is for supervisory staff below Registered Manager Level, who would benefit from an introduction to leadership programme. This programme is for individuals who have not attended any other leadership programmes in the past and who are keen to improve their supervisory skills to provide added value on their return to the workplace. As with other Care Leadership programme delegates will be expected to choose a mini project that would contribute to improving their effectiveness or that of the organisation in which they work.

The programme is different to the recent HEE-funded Care Leadership programme.

How long is the programme and on what dates will the modules be held ?
