Lead to Succeed – day 4

November 25

A 5-day leadership and management programme designed for new & aspiring managers, as well as existing managers, who want to refresh their knowledge of leading and managing in both CQC-registered and non-CQC-registered adult social care services. It has received resoundingly excellent feedback.

The Lead to Succeed (LTS) learning programme is delivered by Grey Matter Learning, a Skills for Care endorsed learning provider and Centre of Excellence.

The Thames Valley Workforce Development Fund offer is that, providing your ASC-WDS (Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set, previously NMDS-SC) is up-to-date at the time of reserving a place on the LTS programme, you will be charged the inclusive fee of £500.00 per person by Grey Matter Learning, the same amount as you can claim back, upon completion of the course, from Workforce Development Funding. This is a saving of £100.00 (i.e. no VAT).

This module (one of five) covers Leading and Managing the Process of Change:

  • Recognise learners’ role in supporting changes within social care organisations;
  • Understand the value of working with others, and have strategies to do so. Particularly relating to co- production with people using services;
  • Understand how the impact of changes made could be measured.

Download the Oxford flyer.

Registration for the whole five days is required.
