We’re #CelebratingSocialCare this April

This month we’re joining Skills for Care in #CelebratingSocialCare. Find out more about why and how we’re getting involved.

People who work in social care are highly-skilled, passionate and hard-working and it’s important that we all take time to recognise the work that people who work in social care do and the impact this has in supporting people who draw on care to live their lives how they choose.

That’s why at the Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers we’re joining in on #CelebratingSocialCare this month.

The Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers is a membership organisation for all providers of adult social care in Oxfordshire.

Our members are from:

  • Care homes
  • Community support services
  • Home care
  • Voluntary Sector

In April 2023 we’re #CelebratingSocialCare with our Annual Oxfordshire Care Awards – Inspiration for All event!

The aim of the Oxfordshire Care Awards 2023 Inspiration for All! is to recognise and celebrate individuals, organisations, and companies who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within the care sector in Oxfordshire.

Three organisations are involved, Action for Carers Oxfordshire, Age UK Oxfordshire and Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers (OACP), working together in partnership is at the heart of this Awards initiative.

Oxfordshire Care Awards 2023 Inspiration for All! is all-inclusive, bringing together statutory and independent care providers, the community/voluntary sector and unpaid carers.

We also want to share some of the fantastic work and amazing achievements of our Care Awards 2023 Winners and Highly Commended Winners, as listed below.
