Responsibilities: As an integral part of the care team you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting your care team ensuring they are providing high quality of care and service to all residents at all times. You’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care.

You will take an active part in engaging with residents to understand their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.

Pay: £11.25 Mon- Fri, £12.25 Sat - Sun

Shift Patterns:

0645am - 14:15pm and 13:45pm - 22:15pm

To include alternate weekends.

Experience: For this position, you'll need previous experience in a residential or nursing care home and be working towards or have obtained Level 3
Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
