Care Assistant required in Kidlington. Upto £16ph

Responsibilities: This is an important role, and we are looking for people who are caring, compassionate and committed to delivering the highest quality care, and understand the importance of dignity and respect for our clients.

The role would include helping clients with tasks such as:
•Help with personal care such as washing and dressing
•Shopping and meal preparation
•Prompting with medication
•Support with daily routines
•Respite services
•Socialising and leisure activities
•Helping clients access the community

Our clients will be depending on you for their care, so for this role you will need to be reliable, flexible and able to work alternate weekends.

As you will be providing care in our clients own homes, you will need a current clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Benefits: Guaranteed Hours, Full Time and Part time hours available.
Hourly pay:
Mon- Fri days £11.10ph, evenings £11.50ph.
Weekend days £12.00ph, evenings 12.50ph.
Bank Holiday £16.50ph
Paid Holidays

Many of our clients are elderly, and our carers must be prepared to work in an unsupervised environment, able to follow a client specific care plan, and be able to show empathy and communicate effectively.
