Further Details: Guideposts is a multi-disciplinary social care and mental health network focused first and foremost upon PEOPLE. As a charity we have over 40 years’ experience meeting the needs of individuals who face any number of complex challenges; from autism, learning disability and mental health conditions, to physical disability and age-related conditions, such as dementia, sensory impairment and mobility problems. Whether through active care and support services, information advice and guidance or independent living and training projects; Guideposts exists in order to connect people and their carers with opportunities.

Working with the Head of Quality, Policy and Practice, and managers you will coordinate projects that engage and involve Service Users and other key stakeholders (including staff and volunteers) in the development of our services.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Guideposts strategies in relation to:
− Service User involvement;
− Consultation with stakeholders;
− Volunteering;
− Information Production (involving Service Users and peers)

You will lead Service User and peer involvement in the development of information through the NHS Information Standard accreditation.

You will support Managers to develop Service User involvement practices and processes for measuring Service User satisfaction

You will work collaboratively with the fundraising team to support policy and tender processes relevant to Service User involvement and consultation.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders.
