Responsibilities: We are looking for caring, dedicated and professional support workers to join our team. No experience is required, just a willingness to learn as we provide full training. Below you will find a list of Support Workers daily responsibilities:

• To assist with personal care. Duties will include assistance with washing, toileting, shaving, dental hygiene, bathing, dressing, and eating. Also changing of incontinence products, maintenance of catheter equipment, emptying commodes, disposing of soiled items by appropriate method.

• To assist with domestic duties. Duties will include cleaning, cooking, washing and shopping

• To contribute to a daily log of care and medication record. These will be kept at the service user’s home.

• To ensure the health and welfare of service users.

• To encourage and enable service users to achieve and maintain maximum independence.

• To deliver person centred care.

• To fully participate in team meetings, supervisions, appraisals and other meetings set up to review your achievements.

Experience: Candidates do not require any experience as we provide full training and the opportunity to shadow other members of staff before starting in the role. We are looking for reliable, honest and caring candidates who have great communication and people skills. We are able to offer our staff the opportunity to complete their level 3 or 4 QCF in Adult Health and Social Care.

Special Requirements: Drivers with access to their own vehicle is essential.
