Learning from compliments and complaints

Following the last two successful surveys of complaints and compliments that providers receive, Oxfordshire County council is again looking to collate compliments and complaints that care providers receive directly about services. This helps improve the ways in which the Council learns from the messages and themes raised through service user and residents’ comments about services.

As part of this the Council wants to hear about:

  • the types of compliments and complaints care providers receive most often;
  • something providers have built on after receiving a compliment and an example of something dome differently as a result of complaint (can relate to both the informal and formal complaints).

To help with this please complete the Compliments-Complaints form for the period 1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016 and return it to Oxfordshire County Council at [email protected] by 24 June.

If responsible for more than one service, please break down information for each service if possible.

All information sent is saved anonymously on the Council system.
