Personal Statement

I have worked in care from the very beginning of my work career. I started as a Healthcare Assistant within the domiciliary sector before being promoted to Supervisor and Assistant Care Manager's roles. An all-around knowledge of both clients and staff's requirements allows me to create a person-centred culture that delivers high-quality care and happy, well cared for employees.

Good leadership requires courage, resilience, and even creativity, all of which I possess. I am a passionate, dedicated, driven, and ambitious individual with the highest standard in care who has a clear focus on building the best team to deliver outstanding care whilst establishing and growing the company. I also maintain strong relationship building and customer service skills.
