How OACP supports Adult Social Care providers
Supporting and representing adult social care providers across Oxfordshire through advocacy, networking and sector leadership.
Information, Advice and Growth Opportunities
OACP provides information, guidance and support to adult social care providers across Oxfordshire.
We help new and established providers understand local market conditions, identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about developments affecting the social care sector.
Working with providers, commissioners and partners, we contribute to the development of a strong and sustainable adult social care market that delivers high-quality, person-centred services.
Development, Training and Networking
OACP connects adult social care providers with training, workforce development and leadership opportunities that support high-quality care.
We keep members informed about the latest developments in adult social care, policy updates and sector best practice.
Through networking events, peer learning and sector partnerships,
OACP
helps
providers build
valuable connections, share knowledge and learn from one another.
Influencing Policy & Representing Providers
OACP is the voice of adult social care providers in Oxfordshire.
We work closely with Oxfordshire County Council, Thames Valley Integrated Care Board, community organisations and sector partners to influence policy, shape services and represent provider perspectives.
As a member of the Care Association Alliance, we work with care associations across England to champion adult social care and advocate for a sustainable future for the sector.
Together, we ensure the views and experiences of Oxfordshire providers are heard where decisions are made.
