Flourish | Oxfordshire County Council extends Click Learning subsidy

Adult social care organisations in Oxfordshire can continue to access part-funded training through Flourish’s award-winning eLearning platform, Click Learning.

Thanks to local funding from Oxfordshire County Council, in 2026 Click Learning is available with a nominal 50p increase at £1.50 per user – saving you £32 per learner annually.

The price change will update on your next billing cycle. If you have any questions about the 2026 pricing or your current learner numbers, please let Flourish know through the usual platform channel.

With Click Learning, carers can access 180+ online courses and certificates, including: mandatory training, The Care Certificate, leadership, wellbeing, neurodiversity, learning disabilities, and tonnes of role-specific learning. Managers also get access to powerful, easy-to-use learning management tools to assign training, monitor progress, and report on compliance.

In addition, Flourish has launched some major developments over the past 6 months.

All learners now also get free access to Flourish Rewards and Flourish Wellbeing.

  • Flourish Rewards is a free perks and discounts platform built exclusively for Click Learning users, offering access to hundreds of savings across food, fashion, tech, travel, entertainment and more.
  • Flourish Wellbeing is a wellbeing platform that learns about the individual and provides tools to thrive, with tailored insights and expert advice on mental health, finances, sleep, and more. And 20+ wellbeing courses have been added to the ASC course portfolio in 2026.
