Hot weather warning for       SESCA CONFERENCE

We ready to welcome social care providers from across the South East to the SESCA Annual Conference on Wednesday 24 June at Sandown Racecourse, Esher.

With very hot weather forecast for this week, we want everyone to have the best possible experience.

Please dress comfortably - there is no expectation for formal clothing in the heat.

Our priority is for everyone to feel comfortable throughout the day.

We encourage all attendees to:

  • Bring water and stay hydrated, especially when travelling
  • Bring handheld fans if you wish
  • Wear light, cool clothing suitable for the weather

The venue will have water available and plenty of cooling areas where you can take a break and relax.

Please plan ahead for your journey and make sure you look after yourselves on the way.

What’s waiting for you?

  • Networking with peers, partners, and sector professionals
  • Inspiring keynote sessions from Vic Rayner OBE, National Care Forum, and Kevin Humphrys, Oakland Care Group
  • Updates from SESCA and the work supporting providers across the South East
  • Insights from the International Recruitment project

Expert sessions covering:

  • Medication Management
  • AI & Technology in Care
  • Cyber Security

Please remember this is a ticket-only event and there is no opportunity to book extra places on the day.
