OACP is Oxfordshire's local care association bringing together providers, commissioners and supporting operational services to support the delivery of care services county-wide for working-age adults and older people.

In addition, every week OACP delivers support to hospital discharge, digital development and the employment of our overseas workforce. We also resolve issues and strive to make our local health and care system work better for local residents.
